In this project we found that there was a number of challenges to overcome, none more pronounced than the stringent customs procedures across the region which had to be fully managed. Working on behalf of SITA on such a big project also meant that a large volume of products had to be ordered from the supplier in a timely manner which ensured that warranties were in date on installation. Working across a number of locations also meant that post-installation there would be an intense maintenance schedule which would need to be meticulously managed by our team of experts.

QSat worked with providers to pre-order and store the necessary equipment in a facility that meant the warranty didn’t expire allowing us to ensure an on-time delivery of each element. Our IT team had regular catch-ups across every location whilst monitoring uptime to ensure our high standards were met, we also managed and delivered a rigorous maintenance schedule in a way that safeguarded against any pause in business continuity.
Our highly trained on-site engineers worked very closely with the customer service team to ensure that every stage and aspect of the installation and maintenance programme was managed in a way that exceeded their expectations, keeping them informed and up to date. From procurement to certification and deployment, our team delivered a complete solution that was designed to alleviate the stress of IT allowing them to focus on growing their business. We worked hard to deliver a solution for SITA that reduced their IT overheads and ensured minimal downtime for their stable of clients.
